---Best bait in the world!---

12 oz. of Limburg Cheese
approx. 1 pint of milk (maybe a little less)
approx. 18 oz. of oatmeal

  1. Bring milk to a boil and add cheese.
  2. Let Cheese get warm and melty.
  3. Then stir milk and cheese util they aren't any lumps of cheese.
  4. Add oatmeal until thick enough to stay on a hook.
  5. If you fish for days at a time like me it might dry out a little, so when you go to put it on a hook, get it a little damp.
  6. This bait works best with treble hooks and it is for catfish.

Story 1.
Me and my uncle were fishing and our fire started to go out. My uncle had just got done telling me a story about hom and his friends tied fishing string to the bottom of there friends fishing pole and they would tug on it a little. Well, my uncle went to get fire wood and I went and tied string to the bottom of his pole. I finished and I looked at one of my uncle's poles and it had fell of the holder, so I picked it up and put it back and sat down. After I sat down I checked to see if the lantern had melted the line, and it didn't. But my uncles pole had fell off again. I said,"What is going on hear," and went over there and picked it up to put it back and the pole went nuts. I yelled my uncles name and he came runnin'. He grabbed the net and went to the inclined bank and slid right into the water. So here I was with a huge catfish on my pole and my uncle in the deadly currents. He is screaming for me to grab him but I had the fish in my hand. I thought, big fish or uncle. Then again I thought, my uncle is my only ride home so I grabbed him and kept my fish. It ended up being a 10 lb. channel cat. It was alot of fun.
Story 2.
My friend and I were fishing at a local bridge. I was on one side and he was on the other, and we were bass fishing and weren't doing very well. He decided to get a little closer, he took a couple steps and slid right down the bank, and I was laughing so hard that I fell in! We were in such good spots we just stayed in the water!
